The 14 Ha site is located in Western Sydney at Huntingwood.

AT&L have been responsible for the management and delivery of the entire onsite infrastructure, including achieving a project DA approval, obtaining the construction certificate and utility authority approvals.

The project involved a number of strict environmental challenges including a long term environmental plan as well as provision of dedicated conservation area, to be regenerated over the life of the project. AT&L worked closely with a multi disciplinary professional services team, Blacktown City Council, RMS and utility authorities to achieve an approved design that met the Clients commercial objectives and tight timeframe.

AT&L also designed and managed the construction of a multi-lane signalised tee intersection on the Great Western Highway being delivered for RMS as developer funded works.
