The site, located in Western Sydney at Eastern Creek, is a 56 hectare site providing prime industrial and logistic development opportunities, due to its proximity with the Westlink M7 and M4 Western Motorway.

For the delivery of this greenfield industrial development AT&L were the design, construction and authority approval managers for the earthworks for building pads, a network of internal roads, wetland and bio-retention basins for water quality, stormwater drainage systems, potable water, telecommunications, power, sewer, and a trunk lead-in sewer.

In addition, AT&L managed the design and construction of a multi-lane signalised four-way intersection on the Great Western Highway being delivered for RMS as developer funded works.
