This is a small residential development featuring a number of proposed low level apartments and town houses. A portion of the development is to include some commercial office space. The development calls for the need to demolish existing buildings and bulk out a number of basements as well as connecting and rehabilitation of the existing streetscape.

AT&L have prepared detailed design documentation for construction certificate for the development. AT&L’s scope included developing a bulk earthwork and sediment control plan to bulk basement levels and batters, detailing of a Public Domain Plan, OSD review and design, laneway design and approval from Sydney Water and Sydney Water stormwater design for Section 73.
