Mobbs Lane is a two stage medium density residential development.

AT&L has been engaged to complete both DA documentation and CC design documentation for the infrastructure within the two initial stages of the project, including road geometry and retaining walls, stormwater design, bulk earthworks, pavement design, WSUD wetland/retention basins and development of service layout plans.

AT&L is heavily involved in a construction supervision and quality verification role, with daily site attendance and assisting with design and construction issues.
