Kurrajong Hamlet is the first stage in a multi-stage, 76 hectare residential estate, to be developed in the semi-rural village of Kurrajong, in the Hawkesbury region of New South Wales. The development poses a unique challenge associated with the limited availability of services, particularly potable water and sewer.

AT&L have completed both DA and CC documentation for the infrastructure within the two initial stages of the project, including road geometry, batters and retaining walls, stormwater design, bulk earthworks, pavement design and development of service layout plans.

AT&L has also been engaged to provide project management/superintendent services to manage and coordinate the obtaining of the relevant Section 96 certificate as well as coordinate with the various other service designers and subcontractors. AT&L has been responsible for preparing tender/contract documentation for the construction of the Stage 1 infrastructure work.
