The site, located adjacent to Cosgrove Road, Enfield has been subject to the development of two warehouses, totalling close to 30,000 square meters of storage.

AT&L has advanced the project from its initial form as a S96 approved development, through to a Construction Certificate level. AT&L’s scope included developing a preliminary design and documentation as well as a detailed design and documentation which both encompassed stormwater modelling, a Hydraulic Grade Line analysis, grade access and car park facilities, earthworks, a pavement design and preparation of a civil infrastructure report.
