The Central Coast Highway Upgrade is a state government funded project providing for a 4km duplication of road between Erina and Wamberal on the Central Coast of NSW. The project includes four signalised intersection upgrades and a new roundabout. In addition, the upgrade includes significant earthworks, retaining structures, culvert upgrades, property adjustment, full utility relocations, full pavement reconstruction and landscaping and urban design features.

The project is subject to strict environmental licensing and approval conditions and is being constructed under live traffic of approximately 26,000 vehicles per day.

AT&L have been engaged to act as the RMS’s project manager with responsibility for all contract management duties, client reporting, design management and community interaction.
