The Calibre Industrial Estate in Eastern Creek is located on 21.8 hectares of land within the Blacktown City Council local government area.

A State Significant Development (SSD) application was approved by the Department of Planning in January 2016 for redevelopment of the site for industrial, transport and logistic operations.

The approval allows for construction of reticulated site services and site infrastructure, including on-site stormwater detention and rainwater harvesting structures.

AT&L was engaged to undertake all civil design and documentation for construction of all civil aspects of the project.

This included:

  • Bulk earthworks design
  • RMS signalised intersection design
  • Road and pavement design
  • Stormwater and water sensitive urban design
  • Utility service coordination

We also undertook civil construction supervision and construction certification during all civil works.
