Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager
Julia holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Pipeline Technology and Network Management. During her 20-year career, she has provided safe, cost effective and environmentally sound design and construction solutions across energy, water, transport, waste, and more recently, industrial and commercial land development and public infrastructure projects.
Julia has worked both in the UK and Australia in design, project management and construction supervision of bulk earthworks, piling, retaining walls, road works, stormwater drainage and treatment, sewerage reticulation, water supply, and mechanical and electrical building supplies.
At AT&L, she project manages the road and infrastructure design for a number of development projects of various sizes. She looks after the quality management system, including conducting audits and writing manuals and procedures. She has responsibility for Roads and Maritime Services contract documentation.
Since joining AT&L, Julia has worked on the Cronulla Sharks Redevelopment Project for Bluestone and the Oakdale South Industrial Subdivision Masterplan for Goodman. Currently she is working on the 88 Christie Street development in St Leonard’s, Rocky Point Road, Kogorah, Hydro Majestic/Great Western Highway Upgrade, as well as a number of smaller redesign projects for local councils.
