Precinct B is a 10.6 hectare site. AT&L have completed roads and infrastructure planning and design for the JV and are continuing with construction support services for the civil and landscape construction.AT&L are managing the day to day construction activities, finalising the Authority’s approvals and co-ordinating each of the contractors.
We have a permanent engineer on site to manage all works. Precinct B will ultimately see over 1400 apartments constructed.
